The Perfect Course for Wildlife Photographers ready to advance their skills

Ready to take your Wildlife Photography skills to the next level? Then it might be time to sign up for our exclusive Wildlife Photography Extended Course, commencing January 2023.

Our WPEC is designed for the intermediate and amateur levelled photographer who is looking for 1-1 guidance to help improve their overall ability. Our 3-day workshop will give you close to 30hrs of direct time working on settings, advanced photography techniques, fieldcraft, post-production and editing, and real-life interactions with close to 100 different animal species.

You may already be familiar with our standard Wildlife Photography Course – so here are the differences:

Our standard WPC is for beginners and runs at a leisurely pace of 4 x 3hr sessions across a few weeks. You get 12hrs in total and visit four locations. It is also open to photographers of all levels (beginner to advanced)

This Extended Course runs for 3x days in a row, visits 8x different locations, includes 2x spotlighting sessions, tackles a greater variety of species and more advanced photography techniques, and is only open for photographers who already have a few years of experience.

What else is included:

  • 3-days with 1-1 time with a professional wildlife photographer
  • Advance Wildlife Photography Settings & Techniques
  • 1hr editing help and post-production via zoom after the course
  • All field equipment: spotlights, tripods, use of binoculars, thermal monocular, etc
  • Lunch on the last day
  • Tea/coffee/water/soft drink/snacks

Locations:

Across your three days with us, you will be 8x different locations right across the greater Melbourne region. Regular locations include the Dandenong Ranges National Park, Woodlands Historic Park, Jawbone Flora & Fauna Reserve, Westerfolds Park (spotlighting), Yarra Ranges NP (spotlighting), Braeside Park, and more TBC closer to the dates. Unlike the standard WPC, this is greater diversity of locations, therefore a greater list of species, habitats, and real-life settings.

Upcoming Course Dates (Melbourne):

> January 2023 (Weekday Course): Jan 9, 10, 11 — (4x spots remaining)
